I am back, at home. .
İt was a sunny and warm day.  I took a early ferry


Sea was relaxing.. 

When I arrived.  I realised that I miss to cook dinner. 

Of course do not wait that I will prepare decent one.  But my Indian colleague brought some gravies and ready to cook meals so I took the short cut


This is ready gravy. 
Mix the pocket with 300ml cold water then poured it on chicken just before cook it. 

Here is the result


I poured the gravy then cook the chicken in the oven for 20 minutes.  Next time I will add some cheese on it. 

The gravy includes onion, garlic, coriander, ginger, chilli Peper in other words spicy and Indian 🙂
